Remove/Change Gender from Client Profile
The Gender selection field should either be removed or made optional with an additional selection of "Prefer not to say" or "N/A" or something along those lines.
Remove Gender from Agent Profile
Remove the Gender selection field from the Agent Profiles. It isn't necessary for an agent's role and can be considered intrusive.
